Our Fabrics

Our workwear is exposed to highest demands in daily work. This requires fabrics and raw materials which withstand the constant wear and tear. Due to extensive controls we ensure constantly high quality.

Our high demands on characteristics, composition and optical criteria guarantee the constant high standard of our products. The manufacturing process is steadily optimised by integrating new technologies into the production.

CANVAS   

CANVAS is a high-quality blended fabric made of 35% cotton and 65% polyester with a weight of 320 g/sqm. The special weave (Canvas weave) provides a robust and durable surface and at the same time high wearing comfort. Because of the EXCESS Whale Skin technology the fabric is fitted with the lotus effect, which protects against dirt, oil and water.

FLEECE

EXCESS FLEECE is soft and comfortable. The fabric is water repellent and the antipilling technology provides a long durability of the fleece jackets.

100% polyester

eCare    

eCare is a new protective fabric with a mesh of silver plated fibres which protects against electromagnetic radiation by mobile phones up to 99%. For your safety we use this high-tech fabric for the mobile pockets of the Slash collection.

Twill

One of the best known twill fabrics is denim. The twill which we use is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a  weight of 280 g/sqm. The fabric is easily washable and almost non-iron. The material is hard-wearing and breathable and comfortable to wear indoor.
